You’ll find out how to choose a legal entity for your business (sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, S-Corporation, etc) and how to ensure that you’re in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. You’ll get information about obtaining business insurance, opening a business checking account, and setting up a simple bookkeeping system.
