In this 5-minute, online class, you’ll learn how to rank your competitors. You’ll start by choosing five categories (the criteria that matters the most to your target market). You’ll then choose three competitors, which can be direct or indirect competitors. You’ll find out how to score your own business and your competitors’ businesses. You’ll discover ways to raise your scores and how to differentiate your business from other competing businesses.
